At your first appointment we discuss your health history, goals and treatment expectations, followed by a physical assessment to better understand how you're moving.
Each subsequent session starts with a check-in to discuss your response to the previous treatment and any changes in your condition. We use this information to adapt your care, ensuring it remains aligned with your evolving needs and recovery goals.

Choosing the Right Massage Appointment Length

Selecting the best massage duration depends on your personal goals, areas of focus, and schedule. Here’s a helpful guide to understand what each session length offers:
30 Minutes

Best for focusing on one specific area of tension or discomfort. This shorter session allows for targeted relief, a refreshing reset, or a calming head/neck massage.

45 Minutes

Good for addressing up to two areas or giving extra attention to a particular problem spot. It offers a bit more flexibility than a quick session but may not allow for full-body treatment.

60 Minutes

Well-suited for either a full-body relaxation massage with light coverage of all major areas, or detailed work on two or three regions with therapeutic focus. This is the most popular choice for a balanced session.

75 Minutes

Provides additional time for deeper, more thorough work on multiple areas, or an unhurried full-body massage with space to address key concerns.

90 Minutes

Ideal for those wanting the most comprehensive experience. This extended session allows for in-depth attention to several areas, ensuring both detailed treatment and ample time for relaxation throughout.
