Supporting the body’s natural capacity for adaptation, resilience, and healing is at the heart of my approach to care. Personal experience with injury and recovery first inspired my appreciation for the therapeutic power of manual treatment and continues to shape the foundation of my practice.

My perspective is guided by a deep respect for the body’s interconnectedness and a curiosity about the relationship between structure and function. This has fueled an ongoing pursuit of learning, including an Honours B.A. in Health and Society from York University, Registered Massage Therapy training at Bryan College (2013), and continued study in a range of therapeutic modalities. I am currently furthering this foundation through the study of Classical Osteopathy, which has deepened my appreciation for the body as an integrated whole and strengthened my understanding of supporting health through an osteopathic lens.

In treatment, I draw from a variety of manual approaches—including Swedish and deep tissue massage, fascial stretching, Wu’s Head Massage, and cupping—while tailoring each session to the individual needs of the person in front of me. My intention is to support the body’s natural capacity toward balance, ease, and function, while creating a collaborative therapeutic space where care is guided by listening, observation, and respect for the body’s inherent wisdom.
