As an active child and teenager involved in competitive hockey and field hockey, Candace spent many hours receiving treatments from physiotherapists, athletic therapists, and massage therapists. During these times of rehabilitation she discovered a passion for complementary health and acquired a keen interest in human anatomy and exercise physiology.
After receiving an Honours B.A. in Health and Society at York University, Candace was inspired to continue her education in manual therapies attending Bryan College in Toronto for massage therapy graduating in 2013 with honours.
In her practice, Candace combines different techniques such as Trigger Point release, relaxation and stress reduction, deep tissue massage, fascial release, and joint mobilizations. Candace's massage sessions are tailored to the clients individual needs with intention to promote ongoing health and wellness.
